Monitoring -
We discovered and restarted some processes that had stalled on June 4. This had caused data such as new applications, candidate stage changes, automation triggers, etc... to be stuck and not process.
After restarting the processes, the data is flowing; however, you may still experience some delays in new applicants or automations as all of the backlogged data is being processed in a 'First-in-First-out' order.
We expect the processing to be caught up at some point in the next 24 hours.
